ads2005a momentum仿真的问题

采用momentum进行共面波导仿真CMOS工艺，设置要衬底文件后，衬底参数为介电常数和电导率，由ads自带的help文件中说，[52RD.com]
Z0 and GAMMA values appear incorrectly in dataset [52RD.com]
When selecting the MoTo switch the port solver back on, the mentum > Substrate > Create/Modify, Substrate Layers tab, if Permittivity (Er) is set to Re, Conductivity, GAMMA will not appear in the dataset and the Z0 values will be set to the default of 50 ohms. This occurs because the port solver was switched off to improve Momentum simulation speed.[52RD.com]

configuration variable located in, HOME/hpeesof/config/momentum.cfg must be set as follows:[52RD.com]

MOM3D_USE_PORTSOLVER=2[52RD.com]

This forces the port solver to run, and the Z0 and GAMMA entries will appear correctly in the dataset. [52RD.com]
也就是说如果我不改变配置文件，得到的特征阻抗就为缺省的50ohm，可是我找遍了目录下的momentum。cfg，根本就没有这个选项，只有[52RD.com]
MOM3D_USE_MATRIXSOLVER=0[52RD.com]
这样的话是不是就不能得到正确结果了，可惜我找不到衬底的损耗正切角[52RD.com]
哪位大大知道或做过类似的东东，请指点一下

咦，没有人用过mom么，还是大家都能得到正确的，如果是一般的PCB介质板好像不存在类似问题，

应该就在Momentum的菜单里能找到

菜单里没有，如果照help中说的，应该是个开关量
