职位描述：
Candidates will work with an American who will live in Shanghai, and may also work on 3 or more open source projects as well. Candidates will be taught mocklib which can simulate any api. Candidates will also be taught verifydesign which can guarantee a design is correct.

Candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing in Java development environment. Experience in developing telecommunications applications will be a plus

Candidates will be responsible for independently taking a feature all the way from design to implementation and test. This will require technical strength and the ability to interact with the team to ensure other features are integrated with the overall system. Candidates will require excellent communications skills in Mandarin and average communication skills in English to be able to translate system requirements to actual software design and to effectively understand, debug and correct problems faced by the teams in China and the USA. Candidate will work with an American living in Shanghai.Specification: Candidates will require experience and knowledge of standard software development processes and methodologies, and have a high commitment to software quality. Hands-on experience is required in at least two of the following areas: Java Programming, XML,GUI design and implementation using Java Swing.
Hibernate
Databases and SQLWeb programming
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field is required, and development experience in both Windows and Linux environments is highly desired.
