Design engineer, Mechanics

Position Description:
•Works as Design Engineer in Mechanics stream to support antenna. UI HW. acoustic module and parts design /design verification and integration. All the work needs to be done with seamless teamwork between EM and Mechanics streams. Some other stakeholders are mechanical engineers, antenna. UI HW and acoustic designers.
•Works according to given tasks and time schedules, along with the R&D process as well as the existing design instructions. Solves engineering problems. Applies knowledge and experience to determine root cause. Managing own time to meet project priorities
•You are responsible for 3D/2D CAD modeling. Simulation and documentation the best solutions possible for the mechanical parts of modul in high volume manufactured cell phones, you are expected to design reliable and cost effective electromechanical parts.

<B>Requirements:</B>
&#8226;BS/MS Mechanical Engineering or Science. With minimum 5 years relevant product design and development experience. Excellent CAD (CATIA / I-DEAS) skills and good knowledge and experience designing: injection molded plastics, sheet metal and elastomeric parts.
&#8226;Comprehensive knowledge in manufacturing process of plastic and metal parts includes raw material, tooling, moulding, metal stamping and etc. Other experiences include working with outside suppliers and manufacturing tools
&#8226;Basic knowledge of post-manufacturing process like Electro-plating, Painting, printing, welding and etc.
&#8226;It will be preferred if have basic knowledge on electrical material properties of antenna. LCD. Acoustic subassemblies.
&#8226;Must be good in oral and written English.
