Antenna Design Team Leader

The company is an innovative pre-IPO company focused on creating superior embedded antenna solutions. With headquarter in San Diego, CA, USA, It has a growing organization in US, Europe and Asia. It has test facilities including far-field and near-field anechoic test chambers, state-of-the-art antenna simulation programs, and a variety of test and measurement equipment.
  
Position:        Antenna Design Team Leader
Report t      General Manager
Location:       Shanghai

Responsibilities/Job Purpose:

·          Under the leadership of General Manager China, to lead the design team including both RF and mechanical areas;
·          Design and testing of internal antennas for cellular telephones (only);
·          Work in a team with other engineers to design and develop new internal antennas for the China market;

Requirements:

·          Years experience in the related function … more experience the better;
·          Team leading experience and excellent personality and communication ability;
·          Min. BS degree, Ph.D. preferred;
·          As a minimum, must know:
-          Vector Network Analyzer measurements
-          Antenna Efficiency measurements
·          Must have a good working knowledge of the physics of small antennas.


Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.
