跪求ＣｙｃｌｏｎｅＩＩ芯片实现SPI串口协议的传输速度上限是多少？

我想用CycloneII芯片EP2C20F256C8做一个SPI串口协议，我需要的串口传输速率达到15Mbits/s，不知道Cyclone II的芯片能不能实现呀？Cyclone II的芯片实现SPI串口协议的传输速率上限是多少？

   我昨晚在Altera的主页上看到用Cyclone ＩＩ芯片做串口ＳＰＩ协议速度达不到，上限只有１ＭＢｉｔｓ／ｓ，而我选的数模转换器ＡＤ５６6８要求的输入端串口传输速率是４８ＫＨｚ＊32ｂｉｔｓ＊８＝15Ｍｂｉｔｓ／ｓ，这可能无法在ＣｙｃｌｏｎｅＩＩ的ＦＰＧＡ上实现这么高速度的串口协议，它仅仅能完成到１Ｍｂｉｔｓ／ｓ．今天上午跟艾睿北京代理打了个电话咨询了一下，他们说估计是有问题的。下午又跟骏龙北京代理打了一个电话，他们又说可以，你的速度太低了，肯定没问题的。我现在都晕了，到底谁家说的对呀？下面是ａｌｔｅｒａ网页关于ＣｙｃｌｏｎｅII的串口描述：
