Main Responsibility：
1. To involve/in-charge of new products design from initial conception to mass production covering electrical/electronic aspects by individual or in a team.
2. To provide optimum/cost-effective hardware design to meet the customer/market requirements, sales and profit targets whilst promote, exercise, and enforce guidelines in quality and regulation requirements to keep RCP and its products at the cutting edge of technology.
3. To define the Test Process of PCM and Pack if needed.
4. To participate/monitor/support activities like prototype/sample building, hardware/firmware testing/qualifying, debugging/troubleshooting and etc. from initial design stage till pre-production and mass production stage.
5. To create/maintain engineering documents according to RCP’s standards and requirements.
6. To promote teamwork and self-learning culture, keep up with and explore the latest technologies.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
2. Over two years experience in electronic product design.
3. Experience/knowledge on mobile devices, such as mobile phone, PDA, Note Book and etc. is an added advantage.
4. Able to use English as working language.
5. Result/customer oriented.
6. Innovative and team-worker.
7. Computer/E-CAD knowledge.
设备维护工程师
Maintenance Engineer, 1, SH,
Main Responsibility:
a) Be responsible for the new production line equipments setup and
adjustment
b) Timely Maintenance of all related equipments and good
troubleshooting ability
c) Trace and improve the efficiency of all equipments
d) Have the experiences of modify and design equipments
e) Spare parts management
f) Coach technician and give the technical support to plant
Qualification:
a) University degree in Electrical Engineering or related
b) Minimum of 2~5 years related experience in electronic
components manufacturing
c) Fluent in both spoken & written English
d) Creative and good team player |
