微处理芯片公司老大级别公司招聘：Design Support Manager
Roles & Responsibility:

l         Leading a design support team to provide guidance to Motherboard companies design engineering teams in their support of our microprocessors. This includes analyzing our partners and technology training.
l         Leading a design support team to review platform design to help get designs into production and work with our OEM customers to ensure their design meets xxx processor requirements and help them get into production.
l         Leading a design support team to provide system-level engineering support to OEM customers for integrating xxx CPU’s, leveraging xxx engineering groups.
l         Overseas reviews and training activities when to support customers.
l         Generate policies and procedures to enhance the capabilities of the group.
l         Be external voice of xxx to outside customers.

Requirement:

l         BSEE/MS with over 6 years of hardware experience.
l         At least 3 solid years of people manager experience for a 5 people or above team.
l         PC base motherboard design, debug, and test experience a must.
l         Direct working experience with MNC OEM companies is a plus.
l         Good English written and verbal communication skills, including to customers.
l         Memory subsystem, voltage regulator or xxx processor motherboard design experience a plus.
l         Signal integrity and simulation knowledge a plus.
l         Experience with server and multi-processor systems is a plus.
l         Notebook computer experience strongly preferred.
