Teleca(Obigo) is working with product development, support, sales and marketing of the Teleca (Obigo) mobile handset software suite. The company is an international business with some 60 customers in 17 European, Asian and American countries. Teleca(Obigo) head quarter is located in Lund, Sweden. The majority of our customers are mobile phone manufacturers that integrate Teleca(Obigo) products into their products. Teleca products is found in hundreds of millions of mobile phones world-wide.
The support and integration team in Beijing and Shenzhen provides customer support, professional services and consulting in terms of training, workshops, trouble shooting, integration and customization services etc.
Responsibilities
The role as an Integration engineer is a demanding role where great problem solving and coding skills as well as a customer oriented mind and deep commitment are required.
The Integration engineer provides our customers with Professional services related to our products.
Your tasks will vary and you will participate in different projects, both on customer’s site and within the Teleca(Obigo) organization.
You will, in a team of colleagues, potentially from China and Sweden, accomplish a complete product integration project for a customer. You will also, independently, assist another customer in trouble shooting, advisory and coding services in critical phases of his project. You will always act as our customers´ hot line to Obigo HQ in Sweden.
If you lack previous Obigo knowledge, you will participate in an extensive introduction and training program at Obigo HQ in Lund, Sweden, before taking on the role as an Integration Specialist.
Qualifications
You should be a creative developer with awesome troubleshooting and coding skills.
You should enjoy working in different environments and find it easy to communicate with the customer’s engineers as well as with the Obigo specialists in Sweden.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, in writing as well as verbally, is expected.
You should have 5+ years demonstrated development experience in C/C++, embedded systems and RTOS. Experience in mobile platforms is a must. Previous experience in integrating Obigo products or other Mobile application software is definitely a plus.
A MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent is expected.
