multislot 的发射功率

请教，在连续的两个发射slot时（如GPRS class10），最大功率可以允许降低多少？
例如GSMPL5 单个slot是33dBm，在连续的两个发射slot，PL5的时候，我好像记得最大功率允许降低？可以降多少？3GPP里那个文档有详细解释？
