To develop product SW, according to customer SW requirements, using specific guidelines and methodology. (Development team for BCM, IMMO, RKE in China)
Software Project Team Leader responsible for product Software Design, SW Process, SW Method, SW Quality, and SW Testing. Functional project leadership of engineering team related to above activities.
Build-up, train, and manage embedded software development team.
Responsible for developing SW specification requirements for local products.
Adopt the interface, function, and communication requirements of existing products to meet local customer specification requirements.
Project tracking and planning to meet software objectives, timing, and quality.
Write, test and debug code to implement the design according to software requirements specification, in line with the defined processes.
Assist software quality assurance in verifying design and implementation.
Reporting to Project and SW domain leader.
4+ yrs of experience in embedded product SW engineering
University Graduate with Master of Science in Information Technology
Work Experience in international company environment
- Development of electronic products from concept to mass production
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Capable to express him/her-self clearly and structured
- Experienced to work in international development environment
- Good socializing capabilities.
