Manager of Technology Support and Cooperation (Location: Beijing)
Job Description:
Be responsible for the overall operations of Technology Support and Cooperation team. Plans and executes technical support and cooperation, leads teams, supports peers, and manages performance in order to achieve business objectives. Specific responsibilities include:


n         Manages employees responsible for technology support and cooperation of DB wireless technologies and system solution schemes.
n         Directs and manages individuals responsible for specific project deliverables.
n         Promote system technology support and cooperation internally and externally
n         Be responsible for system product development support
n         Be responsible for IPR support
n         Take responsibility for part of DB Wireless Standards and Specifications
n         Develops, implements solutions to department issues
n         Develops employees capabilities and supports site initiatives
n         Creates an environment that promotes innovation and contribution


Job Skill/Experience Requirement:
General Requirement:
Bachelor degree above in Electronic Engineering, Radio Communications Technology or related area with 3+ years telecommunication industry experience and 1+ years management experience in  wireless research and development
Broad and deep knowledge in wireless communication theory and technology innovation
Research and/or Development experience in at least two of the following technologies: 2G (GSM or IS95) or 3G(WCDMA or cdma2000) or WLAN (802.11x) or WiMAX (802.16d/e) or UWB or 3G LTE or DVB-T/H or 4G or MIMO
Experience in wireless standard and specification related activities is preferred
Experience and skills in CDMA system development and implementation is preferred
Experience in technology support and cooperation is preferred
Influential leadership ability
Strong business mind, being able to drive and promote system support and cooperation business
Influential leadership ability
Significant experience leading project teams and working with partner teams
