职位职责:This position is based in isolator/circulator’s manufacturing facility in Suzhou, and reports to the VP of Engineering, Montreal, Canada. You will initially provide design and engineering support to the China manufacturing facility for the following range of products: drop-in, coaxial, SMT isolators and circulators, iso-hybrid combiners, and RF connectors. The products are designed and manufactured in both the Montreal and China manufacturing facilities.

You must be an enthusiastic, determined, self-motivated and results-oriented seasoned professional who is driven to excel. You are very well organized, and must have demonstrated relevant RF/microwave passive product design experience in a manufacturing environment. Your workstyle is definitely “hands-on” and you will have experience in:

 Troubleshooting designs and resolving manufacturing issues.
 Strong AUTOCAD skills generating concepts, designs, detail drawings and documentation.
 Producing support documentation allowing rapid training of RF Test Technicians in the manufacture and test of these products in-house.
 Working independently, handling multiple assignments of varying priorities simultaneously.
 Completing work according to standard engineering principles and practices.
 Directing and coordinating RF Test Technicians’ testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
 Maintenance of network analyzers and test equipment, and identification of equipment malfunctions.
 Preparation and study of technical drawings, and specifications of electrical systems, to ensure that installation and performance conform to standards and customer requirements.
 Conferring with Sales Department, engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
 An ISO9001-2000 environment is essential.
