INSTALLATION
    WindNet PPP and PPPoE are designed to work on any of the following
    configurations:
    - Tornado 2.0.2 OR equivalently Tornado 2.0 + Cumulative Patch #4
    - Tornado 2.0 + Cumulative Patch #2(or #3)
      + Network Protocol Toolkit (NPT)
      + Network Protocol Toolkit Patch (NPT Patch)
    Please follow the steps below while substituting the appropriate
    file path convention in the instructions, based on your
    development environment; Windows or UNIX.
    1. Run TDK-13964\SETUP
    2. Enter the Installation Key when prompted to do so.
    3. Install the product into an existing Tornado 2.0 installation
       directory $(WIND_BASE).
    4. SETUP copies the files but does not update the target CPU
       libraries.  To update the libraries:
       a. cd to $WIND_BASE\target\src directory:
       b. Set environment variables:
       % $WIND_BASE/host/$WIND_HOST_TYPE/bin/torVars(.csh for UNIX)
       c. If you have installed WindNet PPP 1.2 on top of older
          versions you must first clean previous builds by executing
          the commands below prior to entering the make command in
   step d below:
       % make CPU=target_cpu_name -f Makefile.ppp CLEANLIBS=NO rclean
       % cd $WIND_BASE\target\src\wrn\util
       % make CPU=target_cpu_name clean
       d: Archive libraries:
       % cd $WIND_BASE\target\src
       % make CPU=target_cpu_name -f Makefile.ppp
