现上海一美资企业高薪诚聘射频工程师，条件如下：
Responsibilities
•System and detail level documentation, architecture design, analysis, prototyping, new product introduction and maintenance for RF circuits, components, sub-assemblies or products系统及详细设计文档撰写；架构设计，分析，原型机研制；新产品的导入和维护，包括射频电路，元器件，射频子系统和产品的装配。
•Ensure that deliverables are designed for manufacturability, testability, installability and reliability保证所设计产品的可靠性，可生产性，可测试性和可安装性。
•Generates detailed design documents, specifications, instructions, schematics, and printed circuit boards输出详细设计文档，规格书，作业指令，电路原理图， 协助ECAD设计印刷电路板。
•Identifies and uses appropriate test equipment and components定义并使用合适的测试设备和元器件。
•Executes tests and document results to demonstrate compliance to specifications 执行测试并记录测试结果以验证是否符合设计规格书的要求。
•Evaluates and implements changes to solve design, documentation, manufacturing problems, field or performance problems, reduce costs, and improve product quality/reliability/performance评估并进行设计更改以解决设计、文档、生产中的问题，包括现场或产品性能方面的；达到降低成本，提高产品质量、可靠性和性能的目的。
•Holds and participates in document/design inspections/reviews as either documentation / design owner, technical expert or moderator. 以文档编制或设计者，技术专家，协调者的身份参与文档和设计实现的检视和评审
•Interface cross-functionally to support project team跨部门的沟通交流，支持项目团队。
•Approval of deliverables对实施交付的审批。

Requirements (Educational/Skillset)
•roven experience in analysis and design of RF circuits (MMICs, Synthesizer, VCO, PLL design) and components for wireless communication systems.  Significant experience in designing small signal matching circuits in the 3GHz frequency range.  Large Signal matching with LDMOS and GASFET is beneficial.
•具有丰富的有无线通信系统射频电路（单片微波集成电路, 合路器，压控振荡器，锁相环设计）和元器件分析设计经验。具有3GHz频率范围内的小信号匹配电路设计经验，有 LDMOS和GASFET等大功率射频器件信号匹配经验尤佳。
•Experience in development of RF products from high level specs to low level implementation具有丰富的射频产品由上（规格）至下（实现）研发经验。
•Experience in engineering validation, testing, and debugging具有丰富的工程样品确认、测试和调试经验。
•Working knowledge of RF tools and laboratory test equipments具有射频电路研发工具和实验测试设备的使用技能。
•Excellent problem solving, team player, and interpersonal communication skills are essential优秀的问题解决能力，团队合作精神和人际沟通技巧。
•hD, BS 4+, MS 2+ years experience in industry specific RF circuit/component design
博士，硕士2年以上,本科4年以上，无线电，通讯或射频元器件专业。
•Know about _Matching circuits, VCO, PLL, Mixer, MMIC, GasFET, LDMOS circuits熟悉射频匹配电路、压控振荡器，锁相环,混频器,单片微波集成电路和GasFET,LDMOS。
•Familiar with ADS or Microwave office RF simulators，熟悉ADS或Microwave office射频仿真软件。
