Protocol Engineer——WCDMA Handset
l 3G terminal product technical specifications, evaluation and definition.
l Product structure design, HW/ME/SW integration design and evaluation, development of system level product simulations and test plan, lead product system test and ensure product quality.

PS. The most importance is that the candidate must be familiar with Qualcomm（高通） system.
Requirements:
l MS EE/CE/CS, with 3+ years of design experience in mobile handset system design.  
l Familiar with 3GPP/3GPP2 standards.
l Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and WCDMA protocol stack.
l Knowledge of one or more of following telecommunications and data networks (GSM/GPRS, CDMA, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VOIP, SS7 streaming media, etc.).

职位描述：SW Integration Engineer——WCDMA Handset
Responsible for integrate Software with Hardware platform
Performing application environment setup and management
Performing system performance optimization, application integration and application deployment
Design and develop the assistant tools in whole process, including PC and target
Write related technical documents
Follow the defined process to ensure the quality
Provide technical support to other team members
PS. The most importance is that the candidate must be familiar with Qualcomm（高通） system.
职位要求：BS in EE/CS,MS preferred
At least three years experience in embedded software development
Skillful in software development, including analysis/design, coding, debugging
Strong Experience in C or C++ programming
Experience in application development for mobile phone is preferred
Experience in multi-task RTOS in real time embedded system, the experience of Driver/BIOS/tools is preferred
Hands on experience in the development on Atacom/Telecom equipment is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills and a motivated self starter
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

没人应聘吗?其实要求不是很高,只要熟悉高通平台就可以了.最好是做CDMA手机的.这家公司的薪水是偏高的,大家都看出来了吧.[em01]

几天不来,帖子都沉了......我汗.......现在收到部分简历,但是这个职位要求熟悉高通芯片,这是很重要的,呵呵.

<P>楼主不要太乐观啊，这个职位其实要求很高的。</P><P>国内做手机设计的大多对协议栈了解不深，3GPP中WCDMA的协议要想非常熟悉，不是一件很简单的事情啊！以我的经验，如果真是有人对这个很熟悉，拿月薪20K以上应该很容易的！</P>
