MT6735_DDR问题_请教

现有一案子，MTK6735A+分离的LPDDR3（两颗16bit）_eMMC。试产20pcs：8pcs可以正常下载，但程序跑到某个固定点后系统重启；8pcs不能正常下载（DA红条走完后不动了，串口log显示DRAM的容量不正常）；4pcs可以下载，但黄条跑到27%后死掉。

启动部分log如下：

log中“23MB DRAM is accessable!”是不是说明DDR部分有问题？

MTK6735A 不定时出来花屏，然后重启，抓LOG抓不到，很难复现，但是百分百每台机器都会出现，有遇到过的吗？
