Job Description
The RF design engineer in this position will include but not limited to:
1.    Collaborate with other engineers as a team to architect/define/specify/design RF block, especially power amplifier, down to transistor level.
2.   Responsible for circuit design, layout, performance optimization and qualification.
3.    Use circuit simulation tools (primarily ADS, or HFSS) to perform schematic-level simulation, EM simulation.
   
Required Skills
1.      Gook understanding of RF theory. Transceiver architecture or power amplifier theory is a strong plus.
2.      RF design experience in power amplifier, LNA, Switch, OSC is preferred.
3.   Experience on Pre-distortion/Envelop tracking is a plus.
4.   Experience on CMOS controller, such as bandgap, LDO, DC-DC converter, bandgap, OPA is a plus.
5.   Design using ADS/HFSS software is required, Cadence is a plus.
6.     Experience with RF test equipments, such as vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer is preferred.
7.   Good knowledge on communication standard such as GSM/TD-SCAMA/WCDMA/FDD-LTE/ TDD-LTE is a plus.
8.   Master's degree or above (or similar by experience) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
