(1) Research and development of state-of-art analog, high voltage & high power products for automotive, consumer, & professional audio market
(2) Participate in all aspects of the design including architecture development, transistor level design, layout supervision, lab debug, product characterization and customer support
(3) Develop products to meet the performance & cost targets on time
Qualifications:
(1) MSEE/PhD with minimum 3 year or BSEE with 5 year professional experience in analog & mixed signal IC design
(2) A proven record of releasing design to market in high power, high voltage devices
(3) Automotive grade product experience is a plus.

Job Title: Analog Design Engineer (Mix signal)

Job Description:
(1) Research and development of state-of-art analog & mixed signal products for automotive, consumer & professional audio market
(2) Participate in all aspects of the design cycle, including architecture development, transistor level design, layout supervision, lab debug, product characterization and customer support
(3) Develop products to meet the performance & cost targets on time
Qualifications:
(1) MSEE/PhD with minimum 3 year professional experience in analog & mixed signal IC design. A proven record of releasing design to market is preferred
(2) Strong knowledge of CMOS device physics and fabrication processes
(3) Strong knowledge of analog integrated circuit fundamentals
(4) Strong knowledge of parasitic & noise analysis skills
(5) Working knowledge of signal processing (analog & digital filter)
(6) Advanced knowledge in one of the following areas is highly preferred:-- Delta sigma A/D, D/A converters, Class D/G amp, charge pump, PLL
(7) Self motivated with focus on results and meeting project schedule
(8) Well experienced with SPICE and one of the system & signal processing analysis tools such as Matlab, simulink or Mathcad

Job Title: Applications Engineer (DC-DC)
DESCRIPTION:
(1) Bench validation and characterization on DC/DC power management IC products
(2) Define and develop product supporting hardware and software (EVMs, software, tools and reference designs)
(3) Design-IN/WIN support for worldwide key accounts and field sales on boost and buck DC/DC converter products
(4) Write application notes, technical articles, and conduct customer training on boost and buck DC/DC converters
(5) Support design, systems and product engineers during new product development
QUALIFICATION:
(1) Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering with 5-year experience or Bachelor degree with more than 10 years experience. Major in power electronics is preferred
(2) Knowledge of power electronics topologies and of their key performance parameters
(3) Hand-on experience on IC product validation and characterization in lab
(4) System know-how of power management IC applications
(5) Familiar with EDA tools for EVM design
(6) Team player with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with people from different functions and cultures in order to complete objectives
(7) Good customer handling skills
(8) Must be highly self-motivated, creative and able to accomplish tasks independently
(9) Good English language abilities
(10) Excellent self and project management skills

Job Title: Layout Engineer (High Voltage)
Job ID:  10730BR
Location: Beijing
Job Description
(1) Layout design of high performance power integrated circuits.
(2) Investigating top level layout floor planning and die area optimization.
(3) Cost effective implementing of IC circuit blocks.
(4) Layout verification including DRC, LVS, etc.
(5) Interfacing with circuit designers, process engineers and mask designers during product development.
Desired Skills and Experience
(1) Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Telecommunications or related field is required.
(2) Minimum 5 years of working experience of analog IC layout design is preferred.
(3) Qualified candidate needs to familiar with details of IC layout.
(4) Familiar with Cadence design environment.
(5) Excellent understanding of written English.
(6) Good communication skills and cooperative spirits.
(7) Outstanding ability of self-management and attain goal under pressure.
(8) Solid understanding of high voltage BCD process and devices.
(9) Experience in working with high voltage analog layout design would also be a major plus.
