Job Responsibilities:
? Work closely with Sales to provide pre-sales technical support or PoC demo’s
? Understand customer h/w and s/w requirements, configurations, applications and architect solutions accordingly
? Be an evangelist to customers for new company technologies/products, leading the charge for customer wins and adoption
? Prepare and configure reference platforms for customer evaluation, and support successful customer testing/benchmarking with the platform
? Serve as the primary pre-sales technical contact for customer business and technical decision makers, fostering relationships and driving issues to closure
? Be a strong advocate for the customer internally
? Maintain awareness of, and provide status reports on, customer status and key issues
? Drive for highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
  
Job Requirements:
? 8+ years of experience in the computing industry, at the OEM, ODM, or technology provider level
? 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or technical sales role, involving hands-on hardware usage
? Outstanding written and oral communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Results driven
? BS, or higher, in Engineering (Computer or Electrical) strongly preferred
