Sr.Analog Design Engineer



Responsibilities:

State of art of analog and/or mixed signal IC design, starting from initial specification through design and layout supervision, silicon evaluation and characterization to product introduction;

Qualifications:

Master Degree or Ph.D. in EE, CS or Physics;

5 years of relevant working experiences;

Solid fundamental knowledge on analog circuit design;

Familiar with analog building blocks: Band Gap, OPAMP, Regulator, Filter, ADC and DAC;

Familiar with Cadence schematic capture, Spectre and/or HSPICE circuit simulation;         

Motivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.

岗位职责：
模拟/混合信号的集成电路产品设计；
从产品规格制定，到电路设计，与版图工程师合作，以及样品IC的评价测试到最终的产品完成；
公司及领导交待的其它工作。

任职资格：
微电子、物理、电子信息或相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
五年以上相关工作经验；
具有扎实的模拟电路设计相关知识，熟悉模拟电路的基本电路模块：带隙基准，运算放大器，滤波等；
熟悉Cadence模拟设计环境，Spectre或Hspice电路仿真等；
能在团队中很好的沟通合作并主动完成相应的工作；
有DAC/ADC相关设计经验者优先。
