Job Purpose
1. Draw up and audit the interal contractand laws.
2. Be responsible for daily law negotiation, and provide law consulting.   
3. Access the law risk and policy risk in business program, and control andprotect the law risk in business operation.
Job Requirements

1. Working in Wuhan.                                             
2. Be able to communicate effectively in English；
3. Above a bachelor's degree,through the National Judicial Examination,andlawyer by qualification.
4. Working experience in manufacturing company，and be proficientin Contract Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.
