WCDMA NodeB I&V Specialist



Responsibilities:

The objective is to work as an Integration & Verification tester focusing on WCDMA NodeB E2E  testing. The main tasks will be:

•        Be responsible for NodeB system integration and system verification.
•        Focus on test planning based on new features, requirements and testing activities, define system testing area framework and strategy.
•        Support test tools, and improve test automation, continuous integration and testing coverage.
•        Focus on improving SW and product quality continuously by working together with SW engineers closely.
•        Defect’s reporting, debugging and investigation which includes cooperation with HW/SW development teams.
Requirements:
Education
•        Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or Computer Science.

Technical knowledge/skills

•        Rich 3GPP standard and wireless network knowledge are preferred;
•        4+ years of experience in wireless product testing in the real-time environment;
•        To make this position yours, you have a toolbox of skills that includes the ability to gather information needed for test case planning and testing ;
•        Skilled in most popular testing methods and skills, including white/grey/black box testing and explosive testing;
•        Experience with test equipments & Tools: signal generators, spectrum analyzers, test mobile (TM500), protocol analyzer (NetHawk analyzer)
•        Familiar with test automation models, for example, robot is preferred
•        Knowledge on LTE/ WiMAX/(TD-S)CDMA/ WCDMA/GSM technology is a plus.

WCDMA NodeB PHY SW/Testing Specialist

Responsibilities:
•        Responsible for NODEB PHY SW architecture, feature specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
•        Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface.

Requirements:

Education
•        Bachelor or above at Computing Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent.

Technical knowledge/skills:  
•        Rich knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation.
•        A good understanding of PHY, familiar with RAKE or scheduler is preferred.
•        Experience in embedded software, Esp. in telecommunication equipment.
•        Strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
•        4+ Years of working experience in DSP or Communication fields are preferred.
•        Knowledge on LTE/ WiMAX/TD-SCDMA/ WCDMA/GSM L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, interference cancellation, MIMO, Channel decoding, etc.) is a plus.

WCDMA NodeB PHY System Engineer


Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education
•        M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Technical knowledge/skills:  

•        Rich knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation.
•        Strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
•        8+ years of working experience in DSP or Communication fields are preferred.
•        2+ years system engineer experience is prefer.
•        Knowledge on LTE/ WiMAX/TD-SCDMA/ WCDMA/GSM L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, interference cancellation, MIMO, Channel decoding, etc.) is a plus.

WCDMA BTS L2 SW Specialist

Responsibilities:
•        Responsible for WCDMA BTS UPlane L2 SW architecture, feature specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
•        Contribute to inspection of specification, design and interface
•        Follow NSN BTS SW development process and deliver the WCDMA DSP SW predictably with high quality.


Requirements:

Education:
•        Bachelor or above majoring Computing Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent.

Technical knowledge/skills:  
•        Rich knowledge on 3GPP standards, algorithms design and implementation.
•        A good understanding of communication theory and digital signal processing.
•        Experience in embedded software, strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
•        4+ Years of working experience in DSP or telecom equipments are preferred.
•        Experience on WCDMA/GSM/LTE/ WiMAX/TD-SCDMA/CDMA is a plus.

R&D SW (Senior) Specialist
Main Responsibility Area
He/she has the senior responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing and reviewing in his/her technical area (e.g. system component). Is an expert  for techno-economical aspects in own responsibility area. Leads and executes technical activities and programs within own responsibility area including reviews and relevant technical studies. Supports resource and program planning. Writes requirements, specifications and other guiding documentation for R&D from product/program/system point of view. High contribution to project milestones by solving/avoiding most complex problems, through understanding dependencies across product / system boundaries. Coaches other team members in solving advanced engineering problems at system component level.
Position Description
- Responsible for Single RAN SW development, i.e.  Specification/design/implementation/testing.
- Responsible for Single RAN SW quality improvement.
- Investigating and analyzing test results to find out root causes of failures in efficient way.
- Closely co-work with relevant teams to drive work done within schedule.
Position Requirements
- Solid experience in embedded software and real-time OS develop , esp. in telecommunication.
- 5+ years of C/C++ working experience.
- 3GPP knowledge and related Base Station/User Equipment develop experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Good written & verbal skills in English





WCDMA BTS Lab Coordinator



Responsibilities:

The objective is to work as an Lab expert focusing on BTS lab management support and administration. The main tasks will be:

•        Be responsible for BTS internal & external orders and Subcontract orders process and tracking.
•        Focus on importing and exporting cases coordinating and support.
•        Lab management tools maintenance.
•        Lab management support, including lab routine administration support, ISO9000 control support and Asset management support.
Requirements:
Education
•        Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or Computer Science.

Technical knowledge/skills

•        3+ years of experience in lab management works;
•        Rich importing and exporting knowledge/experience are preferred;
•        Know well about lab common server, equipments and its basic specification;
•        Knowledge on LTE/WiMAX/WCDMA/GSM technology is a plus.
•        Documentation skill
•        Meeting organization skill
