R&D Manager
Work as Research and Development Manager for the Antenna Division in Beijing. The group will develop antennas for cell-phones. The development includes everything from concept design to hand over to mass production line. The group includes antenna designers, mechanical designers and project managers. Will report direly to the General Manager at the antenna Division in Sweden.
Will be overall responsible for the development work, antenna lab and the staff in the Antenna Group in Beijing.
l        Professional experience in technical management.
l        Professional experience in technical engineering work.
l        Skilled in English language (speak and write).
l        Technical university education.

l        Professional experience from telecom business.
l        Knowledge in Antenna Design.
l        Experience in staff management.
l        Knowledge in Antenna measurement technique.
l        Representative and sociable – Easy to talk to customers and suppliers.
l        Knowledge in Quality system (like ISO 9000 etc).
l        Knowledge in production techniques.
l        Knowledge in product design.
