核心网开发工程师（packet and circuit），熟悉爱立信，NSN，华为，中兴的交换机。
we are looking for core (packet and circuit) network engineers/developers who know the main vendors' switches : Ericsson, NSN, Huawei,ZTE.

在爱立信，NSN，华为，中兴工作过的优先考虑，因为熟悉这些设备的优点和缺点。
We prefer candidates that worked  (or still working) for those companies,because the client believes that those developers will know the product's advantages and disadvantages and the ways to optimize them).

最初通过电话/网络电话skype进行15--30分钟面试，然后再决定下一轮的面谈。
Initial interviews will be conducted by phone/ skype (15-30 minutes or so). These will lead, hopefully, to personal interviews. The location of this interviews will be decided later and as usual all costs of travel
will be covered by us.

Our client is a company that develops optimization algorithms for mobile operator network planning.
The optimization process and algorithm considers the circuit switched network together with the packet switched network.
