Audio component development manager

External Description:
We are seeking  an Audio Component Development Manager in Mobile Phones FPD Beijing.
You will be responsible for mobile phone audio development and integration in relation to our S40 Products.
You will work with some of the hottest mobile technologies on the market and join a highly motivated team to develop mobile phone products.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:
    - Accountability for the development of a new acoustic component, e.g. making development plans, arranging technical review meetings with stakeholders and ensuring progress
    - Cooperation with the supplier, e.g. reviewing supplier development plans and ensuring that the product can meet the program schedule and quality requirements
    - Reviewing and approving technical specifications and related documents
    - Guiding engineers on error settling
    - Supporting programs with component selection and correct usage
- Ensuring competitiveness of our products through consideration and implementation of new ideas and innovations
External Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant a field. We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:
    - 5+ years experience in mobile device audio area
    - Good knowledge about acoustic component technology
    - Ability to work independently and be proactive
    - Ability to make accurate decisions under pressure
    - Team spirit
    - Good communication skills
    - Fluency in both written and spoken English
Education Level:
Bachelor's Degree (±16 years)
