The role of Baseband team leader is to lead a group of baseband engineers to design the digital hardware and power management circuits of mobile phone.
He/She is responsible for reviewing the project status and supporting all of the baseband sub-project managers or engineers to meet the project time schedule and the product quality requirements. He/She is also responsible for recruiting, ramping up the new hires, the routine team management and can be involved in baseband circuit design of a specific project as well.

Competencies required:
l        Bachelor’s degree of electronic engineering or related major with more than 7 years of working experience in mobile phone development and at least 3 years experience of team management.
l        Rich experience in digital and mixed signal electronic circuit design.
l        Good knowledge on MCU, DSP, PMU, memory, bluetooth, FM, MP3 or related technologies.
l        Familiar with popular EDA tools e.g. Mentor Graphics or Cadence.
l        Good knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE technology, knowledge of WCDMA is plus.
l        Good communication skills with multi-department and suppliers, international enterprise working experience preferred.
l        Strong leadership.
l        Good team player.
l        Fluent in both written and oral English.
