基于TI OMAP4430、OMAP4460平板电脑主板，支持3G、WIFI、蓝牙、GPS、NFC近场通信、陀螺仪指南针、多点触摸、高清视频，可以做到6000mA电池7.65mm的整机厚度，9.7寸电容屏。


设计难点:

线路板单面布局，器件布局密度极高，每个模块需要独立屏蔽，电源种类多，PCB采用8层1+6+1 一阶HDI设计。

0.4mm        球距 POP封装BGA芯片对于高速PCB设计、PCB制板和PCBA贴装都是挑战。
