RF Engineer
Location: BJ

Responsibilities:
l         Research new mobile platform , define and affirm interface with BBP team.
l         Develop the product based one embryo hardware platform, prepare good R&D report for ST department member to finish general performance test, support ST doing test process.
l         Set-up general evaluation lab platform and finish validating the performance of new platform and production sample.

Report to superior, would be turned the role between research platform and develop product in appropriate time with demand of work change .

Education:
l         Bachelors in wireless radio/electronics engineering/ more than 5 years experience in modern communication field.
l         MS/ PHD--electronic engineering/ not less than 2 years experience in RF field .


Experience/Skills:
Bachelors more than 3 years, MS/PHD more than 2 years experiences in communication field , focus on RF R&D is recommendatory, have more than 2 years work experience in GSM developement is better, in CDMA filed is also acceptant.

Skills:
l         Have good modern communication skills, know well GSM protocol and interface. have good RF theory and experience for R&D field is necessary, work off one's own bat is request.
l         Good skills in RF sub-system designing and debugging, know well transmitter/receiver structure and application, or be well up in use PA, filter, switch etc. parts, have one skill can be acceptant.
l         Be proficient in using related lab equipments, especially AGILENT /RS equipments.
l         Have experiences about to match PA&antenna is approbatory.
l         Adroitly spoken and written English is recommendatory.
