Position Description:

General Purpose

Works in senior engineering role in product or technology program in antenna Design Verification or Integration. Is the highly respected expert who has long term experience from previous product or technology programs. Brings productivity, quality and competitiveness advantage to the current program by solving component/product level complex problems.

Main Responsibility Areas

He/she has the senior responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing and reviewing in his/her project area. Uses deep expertise in own work. Works in product creation project / technology project with implementation/integration responsibilities. High contribution to project milestones by solving/avoiding most complex problems, through understanding dependencies in both in platform and product program. Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems.

Scope

Individual Contributor
Operates autonomously in own subject area. Can analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. Increased awareness of and involvement outside of own subject area. Distils big picture. Makes decisions about and prioritizes own work.

Impact

Impact is short-term through individual and team contributions. Scope is primarily within own subject area in a function/unit. Actions and errors impact on program, project or function.

Requirements:

Individual portfolio

Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth).
•        Master antenna theory, RF&microwave matching theory,near field theory(SAR,HAC)
•        Master EM and circuit simulation tool,have enough experience to use simulation tool to solve problem and find theoretical principle.
•        Good at utilizing measurement system.
•        Familiar with RF&microwave circuit and system, stastistic analysis method.
•        Have enough experience about how to ensure mass production quality with robust design.
•        Knowing well core technology trend in industry, has clear idea which way should go.
•        Good communication skill in both chinese and english.
•        Familiar with production deliver process.
•        Leadership in team work.
•        Good at technology and process coaching.
•        Good at document output

Environment

Analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Solutions can often be checked and proved. Medium collegial or consultant interaction.
