8960 WCDMA Set Up Before Testing
1. Press [SHIFT] + [Preset] to FULL Reset 8960
2. Press [CALL SETUP]
3. Press F1 to Set “Operating Mode” to “Cell Off”
4. Press [More] (Left) to move Page 2 of 4
5. Press F2 to Set “Cell Parameters”
– Set “BCCH Update Page” to “Auto”
– Set “ATT (IMSI Attach) Flag State” to “Set”
– Optional: Set “Repeat Paging” to “On”
– Press F6 to Close Menu
6. Press F4 to set “Uplink Parameters”
– Set “Maximum Uplink Transmit Power Level” to 21 dBm(Power class 4) or 24 dBm(Power Class 3)
– Press F6 to Close Menu
Press [More](Left) to move Page 4 of 4
Press F1 twice to Set “Security Settings” compatible with UE requirement or leave it as default setting
– Security Operations “Auth & Int”
– Authentication Algorithm “Test 34.108”
– Press F6 twice to Close Menu
