[讨论] MTK平台手机的生产线测试合格率的问题

我这边合格率很低,尤其是211、204的问题特别多,造成合格率低、误测率高、效率低的问题。各位也有这个问题吗?

请问你们的204、211是什么故障坏机?我们是用自己做的程序测试MTK平台,合格率98%左右,误测率3%左右。

出现METAAPP_BOOT_FAIL = 204和METAAPP_CONNECT_WITH_TARGET_FAIL = 211这现象,在保证手机数据线与PC连接良好的情况下,可以在MTK_6218B_SETUP.ini文件里把Enter META Mode Timeout = 10000和Enter META Timer Delay = 2.0延迟时间改为50000和5.0,就可以了。

ADC校准出错的可能原因有:(1)校准模板ADC的参数不对(2)电路上硬件有问题(3)测试用电源仪表有问题或设置问题(4)电源输出的接线方式不对等[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+1 RD币</font></p>

修改上电后DELAY时间,因为这个DELAY跟很多因素有关,如MTK芯片,6217,6218,6219,6226他们进入测试模式的反应时间不同,也与电脑配置有关![br]<p align=right><font color=red>+1 RD币</font></p>
