Requirement Manager
Location: BJ

Tasks and Responsibilities:
l        Define the software requirements for features as defined by product management, and customers.
l        Analyzing the features for a mobile phone (application and user interface)
l        Involved in the discussion about the feasibility of features together with product management, Software Architects.
l        Documenting the software requirements.
l        Supporting the software development team and act as the primary contact for questions related to the requirements.
l        Responsible for the feature list of a software platform and product.
l        Join customer meetings if necessary, to verify the feature list for the product.

Education
Bachelor degree or above, (preferable major in computer science, telecommunication)

Skills required:
l        Proven experience in Application or User Interface software development (preferable for Mobile Phone’s, PDA’s or other mobile devices )
l        Knowledge and experience in analyzing, capturing and managing requirements.
l        Knowledge of Requirements Management tooling (e.g. IBM Rational RequisitePro)
l        Experience in writing software specifications.
l        Experience with software development processes.
l        Knowledge of Programming Languages C, C++, VC++.
l        General knowledge of Mobile Phone technology (GSM, GPRS, WAP, SMS, EMS, MMS) is appreciated.
l        Very good communication skills: you are able to communicate at different levels (technical and management).
l        Excellent English, both verbal as written.
l        Good teamwork skills.
l        Over 3 years of professional and project experience in Requirements Management.
l        Over 1 year of international working experience.
