Description

As (Senior) Product Designer you carry out, and/or lead and manage projects within your competence, following the relevant stages of the PES (Product Experience System) and interacting with other competencies where relevant to contribute to the overall design program, and to keep projects running in the right way and at the right speed. You may work in one design domain or across domains.

As part of the team, you explore different scenarios and innovative themes based on this knowledge to support the company design strategy and roadmap. You develop and/or manage development of concepts within your competency (product design) for all relevant touch points and the subsequent multi-touch point prototypes, in order to support consistent articulation of the value proposition.

You provide advice and consultation, where necessary, mentoring the team, giving design direction, supervision, advice and instruction on all issues relating to your competence - you are a reference point for your competency. You will also develop external networks and relationships supporting your competence - maintaining up to date methods, tools, and knowledge and understanding trends that influence the competence.

Where required you will present / explain concepts at concept presentation and you may organize or participate actively in review meetings of concepts and support project evaluations, recommending appropriate corrective action plans.

Specific Skills

? Master / Bachelor’s degree in industrial/product or other relevant design area

? Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience

? Proven experience in bringing new products to the market

? Able to demonstrate wide-ranging technical, creative and business understanding and insight

? Able to demonstrate professional competence, credibility and reputation

- Language skills - Chinese, English

负责移动互联产品的创新设计工作
1        涉及智能手机、平板电脑和附件等产品类别。
2        设计工作包括：以创新设计的视角，挖掘市场及用户的潜在需求；创造性的进行产品设计语言、产品架构、使用场景等的设计创新；和项目相关专业合作，产品设计方案细化到工程化的方案设计及建模；手板制作。

专业及技能要求：
1.        工业设计专业毕业，本科以上学历。
2.        4-5年以上产品设计正式工作经验，独立负责完成产品项目，负责的项目有成功上市产品案例。
3.        熟悉设计业务的流程，在产品结构、材料、加工工艺、手板制作及制造等方面有一定经验。
4.        手绘表现能力强，至少能熟练操作1门2D、1门3D软件和1种渲染工具。
5.        熟练掌握英语，能与国际同事进行很好的沟通
