The RFX2418 is a CMOS-based, single-chip, single-die RFeIC (RF Frontend Integrated Circuit) which incorporates key RF functionality needed fordual-mode WLAN/Bluetooth operation.

The RFX2418 architecture integrates a low noise amplifier with by-pass mode to complement a WLAN SoC with integrated power amplifier, and an SP3T switch with internal DC-block capacitors to minimize the PCBfootprint in system implementation.

The RFX2418 is designed for use in combined 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth applications operating in the 2.4GHz band, and supports simultaneous BT/WLAN receive.

The RFX2418 is assembled in an ultra-compact, low-profile 2x2x0.5mm 12L QFN package, and requires minimal external components and PCB space.
