前端设计工程师/高级ASIC Flow Front-end Design Engineer/Sr.Engineer[/COLOR]工作职责：

1 秉承IBM ASIC 先进的设计工具和流程
2 测试电路设计，包括MEM内建自测，插入扫描链，边界扫描，延迟测试，宏单元测试等
3 检查并帮助完备静态时序分析所需的约束文件
4 执行静态时序分析，并包括信号完整性分析，3DNoise，ETCoupling等
5 编写时序收敛脚本（Tcl/perl）

职位要求：

1 电子/电气工程，计算机科学或物理学等相关专业硕士以上学历
2 两年以上芯片综合/DFT设计/STA分析经验，并了解P&R的完整设计流程
3 具有很强的文档阅读能力。一定的Tcl/Skill等脚本语言编程能力
4 具有独立分析，解决问题的能力
5 富有事业心和团队合作精神，沟通表达能力良好

Responsibilities:

1.       Using IBM ASIC advanced design tools and flow
2.       Test logic circuit design, including: Memory BIST, scan insertion, boundary scan test, delay test, macro test
3.       Check and finalize timing constraint files for STA check
4.       Execute static timing analysis, including Sign integrity, 3DNoise, ETCoupling…
5.       Tcl/perl script programming for timing closure

Requirements:

1.       ME or above, majored in EE, CS, Physics or relevant discipline
2.       Two years of work experience in chip level synthesis / DFT/ STA analysis, familiar with backend Place& Routing whole design flow
3.       Strong skills in document reading. Skills in Tcl/Perl script programming
4.       Strong skill in problem analysis and fixing
5.       Self motivated, good communication and team work skills are a must

后端设计工程师/高级ASIC Flow Back-end Design Engineer/Sr.Engineer工作职责：[/COLOR]

1 秉承IBM ASIC 先进的设计工具和流程
2 CMOS 深亚微米芯片布局规划, 创建时钟树，布线.
3 时序分析，Tcl/perl脚本编写，时序收敛
4 全芯片物理验证

职位要求：

1 电子/电气工程，计算机科学或物理学等相关专业硕士以上学历
2 一年以上芯片后端设计，理解信号完整性, 功耗分析，DFM 等基本概念
3 具有很强的文档阅读能力。一定的Tcl/perl 等脚本语言编程能力
4 有很强独立分析，解决问题的能力
5 富有事业心和团队合作精神，沟通表达能力良好

Responsibilities:

1.       Using IBM ASIC advanced design tools and flow.
2.       VLSI Chip floor planning, clock tree generation, routing.
3.       Timing analysis, create Tcl/perl scripts , get timing closure
4.       Whole chip physical verification

Requirements:

1.       ME or above, majored in EE, CS, Physics or relevant discipline
2.       One year of work experience in chip level physical design, familiar with basic concepts of Sign integrity, Power analysis, DFM
3.       Strong skills in document reading. Skills in Tcl/Perl script programming
4.       Strong skill in problem analysis and fixing
5.       Self motivated, good communication and team work skills are a must
