Bellowing please find R&R
Act as First line of defense between Motorola Test Development Engineering and Factory Test Engineering.
Work independently with Factory to troubleshoot station\product related issues.  This can include hardware and software issues.
Monitor PM status and insure integrity of test process is not compromised.
Responsible for continuous training of factory personnel in test processes, troubleshooting and repair.  Report non compliance and institute corrective actions proactively.
Monitor test process yields on a daily\weekly basis. Identify high failure items and drive to root cause.   Assist with troubleshooting to component level.
Run recurring meeting(s) with EMS TE to validate processes are running smoothly, review issues with test and debug and institute corrective actions or escalate to Test Development Engineering.
Facilitate\Verify ECN implementation including software releases for test systems, process, applications and product.
Support launch of new processes\capacity into factory.  This can include active role in fabricating additional test capacity as directed by TE team.
Verify shop floor procedures for accuracy and content.  May be called upon to update, create procedures as required.
Generate weekly status report to back to business.

Recruitment Criteria is as bellows:


Knowledge of Optical Test Equipment and troubleshooting:  Includes use of OPMs, VOAs, DFBs, Optical cabling and connector types, Optical inspection techniques and cleaning.  Should be able to troubleshoot link loss issues and repair.

Knowledge of RF Test Equipment and Usage:  Includes RF calibration techniques, Use of Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers and Power Meters.  

Good Hardware Bench skills - be able to read schematics and troubleshoot to component level.  Understanding of use programming tools for CPLDs, FLASH, etc.

Knowledge of GigBit Ethernet Analyzers such as Spirent test gear, POTS test gear including Fortissimo, Abacus 5000,  

Bonus knowledge\skills:  PON, Video Quality testing,  Rack and Stack equipment duplication and fabrication in China.

Good communication skill in English -- written & oral

Qualification : B. of Engg Degree ( Electronic/Electrical )
As for the manager role, the additional requirement will be experiences & exposure to  managing people. Also possess leadership & managerial skill.
