RF project manager/team leader
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, specifying test content, following project's progress and status and reporting on project level. Initiates corrective actions for the project
Manage and lead project teams
Ensures that necessary processes and tools are available, used and modified according to the projects needs
Initiates corrective actions for the project follows their implementation, conducts dependency analysis. Ensures quality management of the project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc or M.Sc, RF electronic engineering
More than 5 years of practical experience in R&D project management,
Understanding of R&D processes
Be familiar with Base Station HW & SW architecture
Common understanding of electronics, PWB design etc.
Strong networking skills

RF Filter Engineer/Specialist
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Multiradio BTS HW Development is looking for RF Filter Specialists to develop RF front end module (filter, duplexer, coupler) for Base Stations according to our specifications. In this positions you will be responsible for defining RF front end specifications, design, implementation, measurement & testing & troubleshooting and productization of BTS RF Design solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc or M.Sc, 3 - 5 years of practical experience in BTS RF front end module (filter, duplexer, coupler), good RF and microwave understanding, strong RF simulation experience.

RF Design Engineer/Specialist
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Multiradio BTS HW Development is looking for RF Specialists to develop new RFmodules and subsystems for Base Stations according to our specifications. In this positions you will be responsible for defining specifications, RF analog design, implementation, measurement & testing & troubleshooting and productization of BTS RF Design solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: B.Sc or M.Sc, 3 - 5 years of practical experience in BTS RF Design (receiver, transmitter, filters), good analog electronic understanding, good RF schematic & lay out design skills, strong RF circuit simulation experience, soldering experience and good understanding of digital electronics.
