[讨论] asynchronous boost背光芯片,VBAT上有固定频率的小脉冲?

用这颗背光芯片,空载时VBAT上有50mV左右的固定频率的脉冲,电感是22uH,器件上和供应商沟通过,没有太大改动余地,只能从layout上改进,哪位有啥好的建议,谢谢。

仔细看看Datasheet下面这些,对比一下自己的Layout再来提问也不迟(别说E文看不明白哦):
Layout Consideration
For best performance of the RT9293, the following guidelines must be strictly followed.
*Input and Output capacitors should be placed close to the IC and connected to ground plane to reduce noise
coupling.
*The GND and Exposed Pad should be connected to a strong ground plane for heat sinking and noise protection.
* Keep the main current traces as possible as short and wide.
* LX node of DC-DC converter is with high frequency voltage swing. It should be kept at a small area.
* Place the feedback components as close as possible to the IC and keep away from the noisy devices.
