Broadband Accesses (DSL, PON, VoIP) is changing the way of world-wide communication, is changing the life of people. You will be part of an industry leading team, designing and implementing solutions for customers.

Full product development cycle / end-to-end responsibilities include analysis of industry trends, design, documentation, coding, software integration, testing, problem resolution and field support. Also support quality processes such as peer code and documentation review.


Qualifications

Required program skills:

experience in embedded software development, real time Multi-Processor Development Environment
C/C++, and script languages.
Experience in OO design.  
SW testing methodology

Requiring domains:

L2/L3 forwarding / routing Protocols
Platform (Device Driver, OS, BSP)
L2/L3 forwarding / routing chipset
SW integration test
Required Knowledge in telecom products
Prefer understanding of the DSL/PON/ONT/MDU/DSL/VoIP/Router/Switch.
Knowledge and hands-on experience on developing/supporting DLSAM/OLT/MDU/ONT products are highly desired.

Required Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to research, understand, document, code, and test software systems.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Software Configuration Management experience desired.

(Junior)
Minimum of 2-4 years experience.

(Intermediate)
Minimum of 5-10 years experience. General knowledge on L2/L3 protocols.

(Senior)
Minimum of 8-15 years experience.
