岗位职责描述
    根据UMTS项目开发计划、任务分配和开发流程，按时按量保质完成软件模块编制和测试工作。
    配合软件测试工程师和质量保障人员，快速定位问题，发布改正提高软件模块质量。
    根据公司要求规范，编写相应的技术文档及项目文档，并记录质量活动结果。

岗位任职要求
    通信、自动化、电子信息和计算机软件等相关专业本科以上，研究生优先。
    研究生一年以上通信相关工作经验，本科生三年以上通信相关工作经验。
    熟悉C/C++ 语言编程，具备良好的编程风格。熟悉Linux操作系统概念及操作，有相关项目实践者优先。
    了解或熟悉软件工程开发、测试的规范、方法。有相关项目流程实践经验者优先。
    有较强的文档编写能力，能根据公司的要求提供完整规范的研发文档和测试文档。
    具备一定的系统理解能力。沟通表达时条理清晰、思路活跃。
    英文四级以上。能较顺畅理解英文技术文档，有英文技术文档撰写经历者优先；具备一定的英文听、说能力。
    学习、工作中有较强的团队协作意识。服从项目合理安排，能够在一定压力下工作。
    具备主动性。能主动适应项目环境进行快速学习，主动思考并独立解决问题。
    工作积极热情、踏实耐心、认真细致，具有精益求精的职业素质和责任心。




Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for UMTS product software development, design, implementation, testing, maintenance;
2. Support system requirement analysis and customer specification analysis, provide technical solutions together with other team members
3. Follow engineering software development processes and quality processes, contribute to project planning and management, commit the project milestones

Requirement:
1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunication, computer science, electronic engineering or related
2.  Willingness of learning, and integrity; keen on challenge fighting, take great pressure under critical problem solving, approved ability of analyze and solve complex problems
3.  Good knowledge of software engineering process, experience of CMM/CMMI is highly preferred
4.  Good understanding of UMTS basic Telecommunication network, familiar with some of following areas: GSM, 3GPP, ITU-T standards
5.  Strong skills in C/C++/Java/Scripts, networking, Win32, Unix/Linux programming;
6.  Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skills
