JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Analyze the requirements, Track development, and design test cases to cover them.
2.Test execution to validation the requirements committed in Documents / to customers.
3.Report test result, and flag/track the defects, make sure product delivery with quality.
4.Maintenance/Improve the test facilities and test-cases.
5.New test method/tools introduction to improve Test efficiency and effectiveness.



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
1.More than 3 years working experience with focus on system test activities in PTN or MSTP area.
2.Rich experience in test of VLAN( 802.1q), IGMP, STP , OAM , QoS, etc.
3.Strong knowledge in TCP/IP and IEEE 802 protocol
4.Rich experience in Equipment operation: SmartBits or IXIA.
5.Make scripts to automate test-cases with TCL language( optional )
6.Excellent English written and verbal communication skill
7.Open-minded, good team work spirit, Creative in problem solving and decision making.
8.Self motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9.Strong learning desire and good self-study ability
10．Knowledge in TMPLS is a plus.
