二、 职位说明：
（1）CDMA Group Leader：
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1）和总部CDMA TEAM 合作，开发产品
2）根据中国国内的客户需求，开发适合本地的功能和产品
3）和中国国内的第三方厂商合作，集成其本地特色功能到三星的手机产品中
4）和中国运营商合作，及时支持和应对他们的新业务需求
5）领导团队开发CDMA手机，丰富三星的产品线
6）加强研究员的培养，增强团队的工作技能
Qualifications Requirements：
1） 通讯、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历
2） 13年以上工作经验，手机开发经验8年以上，领导过多个开发团队，并开发出多款手机产品
3） 沟通、协调能力强，有很好的团队协作精神
4） 熟悉CDMA协议、规范，高通的BREW软件平台，多个MSM6XXX硬件平台
5） 熟悉CDMA手机软硬件开发，产品开发流程，沟通能力，处理问题能力强
6） 掌握项目管理知识
7） 具有挑战精神，敬业，学习能力强

（2）Linux Group Leader：
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1) Linux Project Leader and Technical Leader
2) Manage project schedule and develop Linux mobile phones with members
3) Work closely with Linux Team of the Headquarter in Korea and Complete the project development.
4) Strengthen the training of researchers & Build good teamwork spirit.
Qualifications Requirements：
1) 13y+ working experience including 8y+ development experience of mobile phones
2) Experience of project leaders or managers for years, skills in managing project schedule, group members, carrier’s requirement and quality control, etc.
3) Above bachelor, major in Electronics/Computer Engineering, etc.
4) Good communication skills and abilities of managing problems
5) Strong Knowledge & Experience on Linux development
6) High sense of responsibilities, quick learning ability and strong team work spirit.
7) English is essential


（2）CDMA&GSM S/W  Project Leader
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
 Seeking a qualified Senior R&D S/W Engineer in a field of CDMA/PCS CDMA2000 1x EVDO GSM UMTS Cellular Handset Development.
1. Work closely with implementation engineers and support them by providing technical knowledge.
2. Manage the project schedule and follow up the carrier\'s requirement specification.
3. Manage the sub-part leader(a leader for small group members which are assigned for specific s/w module)
4. Manage the Samsung Product Life Cycle procedure and follow up the QA process, tightly.
5. Build good teamwork.

Qualifications Requirements：
1. At least 8 years of working experience， 5+ years in CDMA/GSM S/W development of mobile phone and launching to the commercial market.
2. Working knowledge of developing and manufacturing the embedded mobile phone.
3. Hands on experience about build environment of embedded system(C/C++, REX, ARM, In Circuit Emulator(Trace32), etc)
4. Experience as Software Project Leader for years. Skill in managing the project schedule, part member, carrier\'s requirement, and quality control.
5. Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology
6. Fluent English is preferred.

（3）CDMA&GSM  H/W  Project Leader
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
 The Manager  is role of  System level Mobile phone design and
solving  a problem in developing CDMA/GSM handset and will be responsible for implementing Mobile phone transceiver.
1. Capability of CDMA/GSM HHP System level Design
2. Management of project complement and Approval of product
3. Get entire performance in HHP specification. (RF/Logic)

Qualifications Requirements：
1. At least 8 years of working experience， 5+ years CDMA/GSM HHP design
2. Knowledge in RF Technology include Antenna & Radiation Technologies and RF Circuit design.
3. Knowledge in Logic Technology include Modem I/F& Sound &PCB Design.
4. Knowledge in Component of RF/Logic/LCD/memory used in handset
5. Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology
6. Fluent English is preferred.


（4）Linux SW Project Leader：
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Linux development Project Leader
2. Manage project schedule and develop Linux mobile phones with members
3. Work closely with Linux Team of the Headquarter in Korea and Complete the project development.
4. Be familiar with Linux development such as:
-Development of Linux based BSP and porting of Linux Kernel, Boot, FS, Memory, LCD, Camera, etc.
-Development of Linux based Multimedia: GStreamer
-Development of GTK Application: Webkit based Browser, Widget runtime on Linux
-Development of Linux based Email and Messaging
-Development and knowledge on Linux Security, SELinux, access control, certification, packaging,
-Development and knowledge on Linux based graphics such as OpenGLES/OpenKode/EGL porting.

Qualifications Requirements：
1. 8y+ working experience including 5y+ development experience of mobile phones
2. Experience of project leaders or managers for years, skills in managing project schedule, group members, carrier’s requirement and quality control, etc.
3. Above bachelor, major in Electronics/Computer Engineering, etc.
4. Good communication skills and abilities of managing problems
5. Strong Knowledge & Experience on Linux development
6. High sense of responsibilities, quick learning ability and strong team work spirit.
7. English is essential
