RF Engineer (Antenna)

We are about 20 RF-engineers and work with antenna design for mobile phones. We are designing all kind of antennas for mobile phones, multiband cellular antennas for GSM, PCS, DCS, CDMA, WCDMA, GPS antennas, WLAN antennas, internal FM antennas, Digital TV antennas etc. We also integrate antennas and speaker to get both functionalities in the same module.

We have a high tech laboratory with all kind of measurement equipment for antenna and acoustic performance measurements. We are working close together with the research department to get the latest technologies for mobile phone antennas. Several times per year we send engineers for training in Europe. The purpose is to learn new antenna concepts and bring the new technologies to Beijing. We are a very strong team in Beijing working with antenna design but also prepare for high volume production and now we will strengthen our team with additional engineer.


Responsibilities:
1. To design mobile phone antennas including cellular antennas, Bluetooth antenna, GPS antenna, FM antenna etc.
2. To perform OTA measurement including TRP and TIS, make SAR and HAC evaluation according to the guide
3. Co-operation on the design of RF jig with Mechanical Engineer and provide professional proposal on the design
4. Communicate and report situation to the customer and fulfill the specification of Operators
5. Carry out the verification and optimization RF activities for mass production
6. Work with Global design center to ensure the production launched smoothly in China and other plants

Requirements:
1. BS is required, preferred in electromagnetic and microwave field
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in antenna design for mobile phones and handset wireless devices
3. Be familiar with at least one of the simulation tools, HFSS, CST, IE3D, ADS, Microwave Office and Mat lab
4. Be familiar with basic measurement instrument operation, VNA, CMU200, Agilent8960 etc.
5. Communicate appropriately in written and oral communication, open to others idea and provides timely and constructive feedback
6. Good presentation skill and willing to travel
7. Self motivated, drive for results until the goal is achieved
8. Adapt quickly to changes in priority and enjoy the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
9. Good general view and the ability to go into details when needed
