Tasks & Responsibilities:
-         Manage the Antenna Group
-         Planning of resources for the Mobile Phone projects
-         Continue to enhance the capabilities of the Antenna group
-         Overall Responsibility for the Mobile Phone Antenna designs
-         Overall responsibility for the Antenna measurement set-ups and definitions

Requirements:
-         At least a bachelor degree in physics or electronic engineering
-         Understanding of RF communication concepts
-         Several years of experience gained as a mobile phone antenna design engineer
-         Familiar with SAR and its impact on antenna design
-         Excellent analysing skills
-         Excellent interpersonal skills
-         Team-player
-         Good communication skills with Chinese and non Chinese colleagues
-         International working experience appreciated
-         Good English (listening comprehension, writing and speaking)
