GSM900低电压（3.4V）时Switching谱不过：正常电压和高电压时，GSM900和DCS1800的Switching谱都挺好的。低电压时DCS1800的Switching谱也挺好的，就是GSM900的Switching谱有问题（此时PCL=5，Power=33dBm）。本人做了很多实验（PA的输入输出已经调成匹配），包括：1 PA的Vcc及Vreg加电容 2 PA的时序做更精确的修改 ！请问各位兄弟，还有什么招数救命啊

改改PA电源滤波小电容试试。

<P>电压降低的时候,PA的饱和点也会随之降低,所以在3.4V的时候容易出问题,我们一般在调整ramp的时候就采用3.4V或是3.3V,这样就能保证在不同电压时,开关谱都不会出问题</P>[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+5 RD币</font></p>

PA供电路径上有没有大电容呀（60UF以上级别的）？你可以先量一下PA电源端点的电压值是多少，会不会是用的电源线太细有了压降？或者是接触点接触的不好，把电源线焊上试试 [em08][br]<p align=right><font color=red>+3 RD币</font></p>

<P>很明显是低压时，电流过大，造成SW的恶化，，检查电源走线的压降，VDD的电容值，或者在低压下调节Ramp profile。</P>[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+3 RD币</font></p>

<P>Hi,</P><P>Docoupling capacitor on Vreg is for better power sideband spectrum.</P><P>Pls go first to check your impedance what the PA sees, and adapted with PA vendor load contour data.</P><P>Switching spectrum performance oftenly follows the TX power contour while Current/effeiciency contour is the the opposite position on smith chart. Set your supply to 3.4V, and make sure your PA supply pin can get better than 3.2V, and then tweak your switching performance, but you may sacrifice your efficiency to some degree.</P>[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+5 RD币</font></p>
