1.Display Engineer
Location: BJ
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for display module development with new/existing customers and other parties in supply chain and participate in pre-study activities. He/She will be responsible for concept developing, supplier selection & sample qualification on display for platform or project. He/She guarantees the display sub-project schedule to match project schedule under company’s Product Development Process (PDP). The main tasks are:
l Participate in Pre-Study phases and analysis of display requirement from customer or PM.
l Select the potential driver & LCD suppliers from technology point of view.
Organize the display workshops with suppliers, confirm their feedback on technical design & sample schedule for the purpose of selecting the final suppliers together with global procurement department.
l Interface to suppliers during LCD development phase to clarify all development aspects including electrical, optical, mechanical and SW-related issues in cooperation with HW, SW and MD departments.
l Create and maintain specification and development schedule for LCD module together with suppliers.
l Attend the display suppliers audit, prepare the design FMEA & risk analysis on display for project.
l Evaluate the display samples & create the qualification report.
Requirement / qualification:
l Bachelor Degree or above.
l Knowledge on LCD panel or other FPD technology which may used as mobile display.
l Knowledge of display driving & Interface to Base band chipset.
l Knowledge of display performance evaluation & module qualification.
l Knowledge on LCD backlight or frontlight preferred.
l Knowledge of GSM/GPRS, EGDE/WCDMA technology is a plus.
l At least two years of display design or application experience for electronics product. Mobile display development experience preferred.
l Good communication skills with multi-department and suppliers, international enterprise working experience preferred.
l Fluent English in written and speaking.
2.Protocol Stack and RF driver engineer
Location: BJ
Job description:
Work as the protocol stack software & RF driver engineer in software team for the mobile phone software.
Responsibility:
l Analyze the protocol stack SW structure and integrate it to the SW platform.
l Adapt the RF driver to different RF solutions.
l Make protocol stack and RF driver acceptance test with the aid of product validation and RF engineer.
l Analyze and solve bugs existing in the protocol stack and RF driver.
l Optimize the existing protocol stack and RF driver.
l Make technical communications with protocol stack software suppliers and customers.
l Support requirement manager to manage protocol stack related requirements.
l Document what was improved or implemented.
Requirement / qualification:
l Bachelor degree or above.
l At least two years work experience on GSM/GPRS/UMTS protocol stack or RF driver in the area of mobile communication.
l Good Skills on software programming (C/C++).
l Active, can work independent and take responsibility.
l Good communication skills and team work spirit
3.RF Engineer
Location: BJ
Responsibilities:
l Research new mobile platform , define and affirm interface with BBP team.
l Develop the product based one embryo hardware platform, prepare good R&D report for ST department member to finish general performance test, support ST doing test process.
l Set-up general evaluation lab platform and finish validating the performance of new platform and production sample.
Report to superior, would be turned the role between research platform and develop product in appropriate time with demand of work change .
Education:
l Bachelors in wireless radio/electronics engineering/ more than 5 years experience in modern communication field.
l MS/ PHD--electronic engineering/ not less than 2 years experience in RF field .
Experience/Skills:
Bachelors more than 3 years, MS/PHD more than 2 years experiences in communication field , focus on RF R&D is recommendatory, have more than 2 years work experience in GSM developement is better, in CDMA filed is also acceptant.
Skills:
l Have good modern communication skills, know well GSM protocol and interface. have good RF theory and experience for R&D field is necessary, work off one's own bat is request.
l Good skills in RF sub-system designing and debugging, know well transmitter/receiver structure and application, or be well up in use PA, filter, switch etc. parts, have one skill can be acceptant.
l Be proficient in using related lab equipments, especially AGILENT /RS equipments.
l Have experiences about to match PA&antenna is approbatory.
l Adroitly spoken and written English is recommendatory.
4.EMC Engineer
Location: BJ
Responsibilities:
l Definition of EMC concepts for mobile phone development.
l Review PCB designs according EMC requirements.
l Evaluate the EMC performance of mobile phones, research solutions for EMC improvements, finally to ensure the compliance with the requirements of the relevant legal international standards.
Education:
l Bachelors in wireless radio/electronics engineering/ more than 3 years experience in EMC field.
l MS/PHD in wireless radio/electronic engineering/ more than 2 years experience on mobile phone EMC design.
Experience/Skills:
Bachelors more than 3 years, MS/PHD more than 2 years experiences in communication field, focus on EMC Design is recommendatory,
Skills:
l Strong knowledge on the theory of Microwave and EMC Design; familiar with international standards for mobile device.
l Team working, resource sharing and working under high pressure.
l Good modern communication skills and team cooperation capability.
l Fluent spoken English and skilled written English
5.Antenna Engineer
Location: BJ
Responsibilities:
l Antenna concept consideration, modification and mock-up set-up, SAR estimation and reduction.
l Test plan definition, test environment set-up.
l Investigation report.
l Technical support and fully cooperation with other R&D teams, eg. EMC, MD
Education:
l Bachelors in wireless radio/electronics engineering/ more than 5 years experience in modern communication field.
l MS/ PHD--electronic engineering/ not less than 2 years experience on mobile phone Antenna design.
Experience/Skills:
