Responsibilities:
•        To manage customer claims (first line) including identification and characterization of the problems and immediate actions taking and escalation.
•        To bring correction including working around immediate solutions such as long term patch or new release or upgrades.
•        To help the customer and end-users to become familiar with the network
•        To make tactical configuration with the end-user/customer
•        To take care of infra, terminals, 3rd party equipment under EADS responsibility
Qualifications Requirements:
•        Technician experienced in Radio communication system maintenance, Oracle database, Unix/Solaris and IP knowledge, troubleshooting methodology.
•        Customer orientation with sense of alert / awareness of customer issues
•        Able to learn and understand any new technical subjects.
•        Good command of English.
•        Hard working and a good team player.
•        Candidates with Simulator Technical experience are preferable.
•        Able to travel.
