           1、大专以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机类专业;
           2、精通模拟、数字电路设计，能独立分析和设计电路;
           3、精通PCB Layout，熟练操作Protel或者PowerPCB;
           4、熟悉单片机C语言程序设计，精通汇编语言;
           5、良好的沟通能力，有团队协作精神;
具备如下条件者优先：(1)熟悉ARM嵌入式控制器/单片机硬件接口电路的设计，熟悉汇编语言和C语言底层编程，具有DSP软、硬件设计和万门以上FPGA、CPLD设计经验；(2)在数字、模拟电路设计方面有良好的知识背景和开发经验。(3)在嵌入式系统设计方面有良好的知识背景和开发经验，有CAN总线应用开发经验。
软件工程师
1．计算机或电子类相关专业本科以上学历；2．有三年以上的MCU、ARM、FPGA的开发经验；能用Linux或wince 进行ARM的系统开发.有过成功的案例. 3．工作务实、吃苦耐劳且具有良好的职业操守和团队精神；4．具有较强的英语阅读、沟通表达能力；5．具有较强的现场处理问题能力，擅长沟通。
