(一):IC Senior Analog Design
Job Description:
1.      High Speed CMOS ADC/DAC/PLL design experience
2.      Analog baseband blocks: Filter Design, VGA and PGA design, etc.:
3.      Miscellaneous baseband and mixed signal blocks: bandgaps, regulators, etc.
4.      Support design and verification of internally developed memory compilers and custom memories including: SRAM, Register File, ROM, One-Time-Programmable, and CAM.
5.      Capable of self-directed work and be focused on practical problem solving and product design.
6.      In addition to the technical duties this position will interface with the manufacturing partner to insure that the products are production ready;
7.      Interface with the end customer to insure that all technical specifications are understood;
8.      Produce and maintain technical documentation pertinent to the project.
Requirements:
1.      Master Degree EE, 5+ years experience on Chip Design
2.      Familiar with Chip Design Flow
3.      Can use HDL like verilog/VHDL
4.      Can use EDA tool like (HSPICE/Cadence/Debussy/PrimeTime/Synopsys DC/Debussy)
5.      To know SOC Design is plus
6.      Having the capability of planning the chip spec and leading the design team is plus
7.      Experience with transistor level circuit design and layout;
8.      Knowledge of CMOS fabrication methods and digital circuits;
9.      Experience with memory design and circuit simulation;
10. Experience with layout parasitic extraction and simulation tools;
11. Experience with Unix shell languages; knowledge of verilog modeling;
12. Familiarity with layout verification tools, design rules, and rule decks.
13. Fluent English listening, speaking, and writing ability

(二)： FAE
Job Responsibility:
1.Hardware Debug
2.Complete System Integration
3.System testing
4.Production issues trouble-shooting
5.Customize hardware according to customer specific needs
6.Schematic design
7.PCB Layout especially in high speed device, such as DDR2 RAM

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree, major in electronic engineering or equivalent
2.At least 4 years working experience in FAE or R&D
3.Experience in bringing a design into successful production
4.Able to communicate with supplier in English
5.Good communication skill with teamwork spirit.
6.Experience in Audio-Visual

(三)：IC 前端设计工程师
1、两年以上的芯片前端设计实际工作经验，有流片经验。
2、熟悉Verilog/VHDL语言的RTL设计.
3、熟悉综合与静态时序分析.
4、熟悉芯片的仿真验证方法，熟练掌握Unix (Solaris)，Perl/ Tcl-Tk/Awk。
5、熟悉 Modelsim/NC-Sim/VCS Simulators, Specman,Debussy, Signalscan, Synopsys-DC, Synopsys-PT, Build gates 等EDA工具。
6、有USB,MMC/SD及MCU类芯片设计经验者优先考虑。
7、有较强的独立工作能力及与团队其他成员的沟通能力。
8、有SOC相关经验佳.

(四)：IC 后端设计工程师
工作职责：负责领导Back end团队，如Auto Place and Route（P&R）和版图。
要求：
1,熟练掌握深亚微米后端物理设计流程，有65纳米经验为佳。
2,熟悉Auto Place and Route（P&R），熟练掌握定制版图的验证，参数提取
3,熟悉CMOS半导体工艺，能够熟练完成模拟/数字方面的定制版图的绘制，有至少两个定制模块成功应用的经验。
4,至少3年Astro/ICC或Soc Encounter经验，2个以上成功项目的tape out经验
5、具有丰富的时序收敛、功耗分析和相关工具的工作经验。
6、良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。

(五)：IC 验证工程师
1、精通VERILOG语言编程，有数字逻辑设计/时序电路基础知识和基本技能
2、熟练掌握ASIC和FPGA相关EDA软件
3、擅长UNIX，SHELL/PERL/TCL及C/C++等语言，能够独立编写有效的完整的测试程序
4、有一定的音视频编解码或通信信号处理等专业背景
5、熟悉视频算法和通信算法的ASIC实现者优先

(六). Staff Embedded Linux System/Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
-Directly work with customers to develop DSL products based on Linux platforms using Conexant chipsets.
-Directly help customers to resolve Linux kernel and chip drivers problems, issues and requirements for customers on Conexant platforms
-Work closely with firmware, software, hardware and testing engineers in the US, India and China.

Requirements :
-Bachelor\Master degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
-Professional experience with embedded Linux driver and application development (5+ years).
-Good understanding of the telecommunication protocols (TCP/IP, IGMP and SNMP)
-Strong C/C++ Programming skills (5+ years). Assembly language is a plus but not required.
-Drivers development experience in Telecommunication products (modems, routers, switches,…) is a plus
-Good verbal and writing communication skills in both English and Chinese;
-Good team spirit and self-motivated;
-Good analytical and solving problem skills.
-Strong desire to learn new technologies.
-Traveling may be required
