求教，关于温度补偿电路

温补电路是为了稳定功放管静态工作点，
随温度增高Ids会加大，需要降低Vgs来使Ids减小。稳定静态工作点。
附件中是freescale的一篇应用文档（AN1987）中的电路，我看不懂Q1，Q2的工作原理。
请高手给与解答，谢谢！

Q1和Q2组成了一个恒流源.可以用Pspice算一下.[br]+1 RD币

简单的温补可以用二极管的，我觉得那个D1主要起温度补偿的作用，至于Q1,Q2就是2楼说的恒流源[br]+1 RD币

Q1 AND Q2 form a pair of transistors , when current through Q1 increases, R12 and R13 will sample a larger voltage and then the
base voltage of Q2 will decrease and current through Q2 increases , this will decrease the current through Q1 , so it can stabilize the
